This Acceptable Use Policy sets forth the rules and restrictions governing use of ClipIntent and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not submit, upload, link to, or request processing of content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, harmful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, malicious, or violates privacy.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not violate third-party platform terms, bypass technical controls, automate unauthorized access, overload the Service, resell access without permission, or facilitate prohibited uses.

4. Your Responsibility for Submitted Content

You are responsible for all content you submit and for ensuring you have all required rights, licenses, and authorizations.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate violations, remove or disable content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with legal authorities where appropriate.
