These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClipIntent ("Service", "Platform"), operated by ClipIntent ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

5. Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Service may use or interact with third-party platforms, including Google and YouTube. Your use of third-party content or APIs remains subject to those third parties' terms and policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or to interfere with the Service, bypass security controls, or process content without required rights and permissions.

8. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription according to the available account or billing controls. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, though we may provide credits or refunds at our sole discretion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or that any transcription, analysis, or generated output will be accurate or reliable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipIntent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.
11. DMCA and Copyright Policy
If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your copyright, contact legal@clipintent.com with sufficient information for us to review the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements have been violated.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by updating the "Last Updated" date or by providing other appropriate notice.
